Instructions: The best is to create the design with the MO Nails Metallica Non-Wipe Top Coat as this will prevent any stickiness, ie: with a striping brush apply/draw with the non-wipe top coat and then sprinkle the Sandy Sugar Dust and cure in UV/LED lamp. No wiping is necessary, just light dusting with a dusting brush.
